Notes

1. While I've put an effort for the data to be correct, there may be mistakes.
2. Spanned columns indicate continuation of term (not subject to reelection). Divided rows indicate that the seat was up for a new election due to rotation or resignation.
3. Due to limited time and little data available, Trustee term dates are only approximates based on elections, resignations and other available data points. It is likely that most of the Trustees actually started their term later than presented.
4. In some cases, events occurring shortly one after another have been merged. For example, a vacancies that lasted a month have been skipped and only the replacement is presented.
5. The data has been aligned on yearly terms. However, due to different (and shifting) election dates, there may be even a few months shift between Council members and Trustees presented alongside.
6. Due to limited data, Managers have been only presented as a series of snapshots. The newest snapshot (dated 2005-08-11) includes project lead changes after GLEP 39 approval — it is unclear if the new Managers ever took their post.
